Plant Manager

The Plantl Manager is responsible for the day to day manufacturing activities. Coordinates activities of the production department with various support departments and ensures that all plant goals are met in a timely and cost effective manner as well as directing a quality control program. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems and team building.
