Review by Employment Security Commission (ESC)

Due to the large number of applications for Team Charleston positions, the SC Employment Security Commission is helping to review applications for training. Candidate applications are screened by ESC based on the criteria
provided by Boeing.

All applications will be reviewed in the order in which they have been received.

Eligible candidates will then be contacted by ESC via email for a follow up interview. This interview will be
conducted over the phone.

Interview questions will include the following:

  1. Can you verify your High School Education or Equivalency?

  2. Are you willing to take the required WorkKeys® assessments?

  3. Do you have at least 1 year of manufacturing/automechanic or mechanical military experience?
    If not, are you willing to attend a Pre-Employment Manufacturing Training Program or an Aircraft Assembly Technology course offered by Trident Technical College?

  4. Are you able to work overtime as needed?

  5. This position will require standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and stooping, climbing stairs, working with arms raised over your head for extended periods, working with hazardous chemicals, working closely with others in a limited space and working in elevated positions and/or places. Can you meet these requirements?

  6. If selected to continue in the interviewing process, are you willing to participate in a thirty-two (32) hour unpaid mandatory pre-hire training and assessment process on your own time? Click here for more information
